- Because some people buy their property under dubious circumstances, they then wish to resell it. In this case, they may appear as prey for unscrupulous persons, who rapidly contact them, most often for abroad, with promises of a quick sale.

- These people, who have knowledge of most contract terms, offer fabulous resale propositions. Under the protection of ingenious administrative loopholes, they extort, everyday, large sums of money from their victims before disappearing.
In our experience, these kinds of sales never work out.
